No

In a sea of yes in every form, No has been associated with negativity. To say No is a personal affront to so many people. But when your yeses begin to leave you empty and unfulfilled its time to take a step back and re-examine the word NO. Saying No for your mental health is necessary. Saying No to save money is a must. Saying No simply because you do not want to is ok. You don't have to explain a thing. Because the people who love you won't care one way or another. No is healthy way to establish boundaries and protect them. Exercise the power of No this week and let it be the full answer.
